Everyone’s A Mom

CHALLENGE
One of Carvana’s core values is “Your next customer may be your mom.” How can we represent that value while demonstrating the process of buying a car?

SOLUTION
We came up with three delivery scenarios based on how most people are getting their car delivered then substituted our “mom” during the most important part of the process.

EXECUTION
People get cars delivered at work, at home, or in any condition and our Customer Service Advocates strive to make each delivery as personalized and special as they can. We chose three very different scenarios where we could showcase our advocate giving the little extra touch that makes this value so apparent in our process. We chose to substitute our Mom for the customer at the most important time in the process, when you’re actually getting the keys in order to create a stronger emotional connection between us and our customers.
