CHALLENGE
How can we reassure customers buying a car can be really easy with the simplicity of Carvana’s app.

SOLUTION
We demonstrate what the typical process looks like and organically worked in solutions to the common paint points we’ve heard from customers during their car-buying journey.

EXECUTION
We went inside the human body where all the critical decisions are made…the brain. Using the distinct traits of the Left and Right brain we treated them like roommates working through a big life decision. Will they see eye to eye? Is there room for give and take? Will Left Brain wall himself off emotionally while Right Brain drowns in a pool of tears?
